| SWAP
Sandwich Honeycomb Panels |
|
| Characteristics: |
|
| |
|
• further
increase in stability
• reduction in
the dimensions/thickness of the
components gives a higher
bending strength
• smooth surface area, easier for
further re-working
• lamination with various materials
possible
• easy disposal
• cuts costs due to multiple applications
• lower deformation risks than
with standard
honeycomb |

Technical
information: |
| |
| |
| |
The
measurements of the SWAP sandwich honeycomb are acquired
by combining the dimensions of single boards and are
only limited through technical factors (e.g. the size
of the press).

The tolerances are worked out accordingly. Fundamentally,
all combinations are possible (honeycomb TL200, KL300,
KL400). Symmetrical assembly of the sandwich is necessary. |

Further
design variations /measurements/materials are available
upon request e.g.:
- milling, die cutting, pressed profiles in the surface area
- milling, grooves in the narrow areas (edges) |
